Carpenter Hunting Preserve, just two miles west of Hesston offers a guided preserve hunt where you will be accompanied by an expert guide and some of the finest upland pointing bird dogs in Kansas. You are welcome to bring your own bird dogs as well. Shot opportunities are guaranteed. Includes choice between 4 pheasants or 5 chukars per hunter depending on bird supplies. Hunting time generally takes 2-3 hours.
